The Overall Celebrity Showdown took a bow a few weeks ago and so did the host of the show, next time we hope to see them on our screen. But for Osas Ighodaro, that was only a chapter in the numerous things she’s involved with.
Osas Ighodaro was present at the Times 100 gala. The Times Hundred was first published in 1999 as the result of a debate among American academics, politicians, and journalists, the list is now a highly publicized annual event. Appearing on the list is often seen as an honor. This year’s gala was held in New York City and Osas stormed the whole place in blue.
She’s dressed in a blue-themed two-piece, the two-piece is however made of the traditional Ankara fabric. The fabric is set in a check format, with rows of deep blue and a lighter shade. The top of the dress features a deep blue organza material with puffed long sleeves and collar and worn over it is the Ankara fabric sewn in beautiful corset style.
The skirt is a beautiful long one with a tailed end. The skirt is a straight skirt that hugs her body, but attached to it at the back is a tailed ruffle of the same organza material used on the top. This ruffled end is flowing and drags on the floor.
Overall her outfit does a good job of portraying our even at an event such as this. Her earrings are a blue stoned one, and she also carried a silver bag of very unique design. I love this outfit and all the blue going on there and I’m pretty sure everyone at the event did a double take of the beauty that Osas Ighodaro brought to the event.
