You know you’ve picked the perfect outfit when you don’t have to do much to make yourself stand out when the outfit sets perfectly against your skin and makes you glow. And I’m pretty much sure that is how Gbemi felt in this particular outfit, walking and strutting in unabashed knowledge of looking good.
This dress which was worn to @Dot2uns #40withmoreenegy, is a beautiful custom-made dress. It is made in a dark navy blue shade that you could almost mistake for black. It is a tube gown with a corset bust, mid-thigh length with attached sleeves off the shoulder. The gown then has frilly little black feathers attached to the base of the gown in ascending rows, the gown in general hugs her body and accentuates her curves in the right places.
Gbemi’s whole look was brought to life by bright twinkly silver highlights, these are her shoes. Silver rhinestone studded heels that reflect the light that beams on them. Her drop earrings, silver and diamond encrusted doing their only job which is to sparkle.
This look is one that you should cop for yourself, and if possible have it in the color that best suits your skin or in this color if you wish. And lest I forget, her face is flawless, carefully beaten to perfection.
Gbemi just recently launched a new collection called #mommyandme, it is a bag collection made of 7 colors for mother and daughter and in my opinion, it would make a beautiful addition to this dress, if you eventually get it.
