In a first-of-its-kind fusion of African music and art, Mr Eazi’s Evil Genius album is one spectacular piece. Having commissioned visual artists from across the continent to create a unique physical art piece, to represent each of the albums 16 tracks, it has been one hell of a ride. Seeking out 12 artists to create a work for each track is pretty amazing, and even Temi- his fiancée, helps us stamp in that thought.
Posting a glimpse of the exhibition on her Insta, the duo is seen in a happy frenzy, touring the Somerset house in London. Temi’s outfit coupled with that palpable aura, drives the point that she is more than proud of Eazi’s achievement. Quoting her, “Proud of you my genius, there is nothing you can’t do. This album and exhibition have been years in the making plus now you get to share your creation with the world”. It is truly inspiring that Eazi finds this journey as one of the most therapeutic he has ever had, and that smile while holding Temi is a fair enough point.
Mr Eazi accustomed and known for dressing in black, is in an all-black outfit as usual, but trust Temi to give us something to talk about. Her badass outfit sent tongues and tails wagging, and of course, we love it! Donning a two-piece, Temi rocks a fitted-to-perfection long sleeved shirt and straight palazzo pants. However, her foot wear is the tasty complicated part of the whole get-up. The ankle boots which look like normal shoes with denim uppers that resemble the folded cuffs of your favorite jeans is aesthetically pleasing and we can’t but wonder who came up with the idea. Her hair also partakes in the badass lewk, as it is seized with a curly fever, adding a pleasant edge to the stunning outfit.
The Evil Genius album will be out on October 27th and Eazi, Temi and a lot of netizens, most definitely cannot wait!
